Now hiring for a HVAC Commercial Superintendent

Compensation: $DOE

Employment type: Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Review incoming jobs turned over from the sales department
• Have a strong understanding of the residential construction process
• Layout and create material lists for upcoming jobs that are scheduled
• Monitor job tracking to ensure compliance with job budgets
• Work closely with the Director of Production to oversee all the crews and installs
• Identify and document change orders
• Perform quality control checks on a regular basis
• Work with commercial coordinator, warehouse manager and supply houses to ensure proper materials are being pulled correctly for jobs
• Set the example for field installers
• Perform disciplinary and corrective measures for field staff
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years experience working on Commercial HVAC Projects
• Valid driver's license
• Be able to lift 50lbs regularly throughout the day
• High level customer service
