Position: Administrative Assistant

Employment type: Full Time


Job Duties:

  • Perform general clerical duties
  • Answer in-coming phone calls to include HVAC and Solar sales appointments
  • Follow up with open leads and call back reports
  • Communicate with vendors and customers
  • Schedule and Service and Sales calls
  • Administrative support for all company vehicles, vehicle inspections, DMV registrations. pull program, US DOT and MCP
  • Maintain safety and training records
  • Maintain inventory of supplies for office, kitchen and uniforms, light office cleaning
  • Process all incoming and outgoing mail
  • Perform other needed job tasks as requested by leadership

Qualifications:

  • Team player, ability to work with all department leaders and customers
  • Strong organization skills
  • Great writing and communication skills
  • Education High school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • 1 year customer service
