Position: Administrative Assistant
Employment type: Full Time
Job Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties
- Answer in-coming phone calls to include HVAC and Solar sales appointments
- Follow up with open leads and call back reports
- Communicate with vendors and customers
- Schedule and Service and Sales calls
- Administrative support for all company vehicles, vehicle inspections, DMV registrations. pull program, US DOT and MCP
- Maintain safety and training records
- Maintain inventory of supplies for office, kitchen and uniforms, light office cleaning
- Process all incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform other needed job tasks as requested by leadership
Qualifications:
- Team player, ability to work with all department leaders and customers
- Strong organization skills
- Great writing and communication skills
- Education High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- 1 year customer service
